catching up

Summer is such a busy time for us.  Little family trips, bbq's with friends, daily adventures.  So here I am again trying to play catch up.  The best way for me to describe the last couple of weeks.... happily tired!

We took a little trip to Breckenridge a few weekends ago. Just a quick little get-out-of-town. It was absolutely beautiful up there with lots and lots of snow still on the mountain. But there was warm weather next to the river...

and a little hike to Maggie pond for lunch...

Maggie really wanted this rock... so she could toss it in the river...

and she was the water-slide queen back at the lodge....
