jack had his 9 month check-up on monday. he is slowing down on his weight gain, only 1/2 pound this last month but he is holding strong with his height measuring in at 29 inches. he is a motoring fool, getting all over the house and in to all sorts of things. he is also stubborn as a mule. dont dare go any where near him with a kleenex or a wash cloth. it took both the doc and myself to hold him down just so he could check his ears. he is a strong little booger. he can stand on his own but no steps just yet. which is something i am really not looking forward to. we have had enough falls in this house for a while.
but doesnt she look so stinking cute with her little cast? she has been such a brave little girl these last few days. she let the specialist check her arm and put a hard cast on with no fussing or tears. maybe the lollipop helped. she picked blue which is her favorite color this week. and i am hoping for the next three because that is how long she will be wearing this new accessorie. there is a small fracture in the elbow. but it hasnt seemed to slow her down. she was a crazy fool at the park today. lets just be thankful that she hasnt thought to hit jack over the head with it...yet.

She looks like she's so proud of her cast! I feel bad for her getting hurt, but she does look really cute with it.
