little jack man is ONE! can you believe it? i sure cant. one year ago today this little guy came into our little family... making us the franklund four. the memories of his arrival are still so clear in this foggy head of mine. the look of shock on our faces when the doc said she wouldnt be seeing us at the next appointment, i still had two weeks. my sudden need to buy boy clothes. d stopping by the house to tell me he would be out of cellphone rang when that first contraction hit. my response of "i dont think so". trying to pack a bag (no i wasnt ready) and laying across our bed in pain. he came so quick, unlike his sister. in less then six hours after that first contraction i was looking at our beautful baby boy. well really i was looking at his boy package with the faint sound of the doc telling me "look at what you got, a boy". and me thinking is there a baby attached to that thing? (things are a little swollen at birth) he has brought so much joy to this family that there are not enough words in this world to explain it. so here are just a few snaps of his birthday cupcake. happy birthday my little booger bear!
